Meditation is an art which needs to be practiced. Some of us find it easy just to put ourselves in the zone, other,. find it more difficult. For most we need constant practice. The benefits of a good meditation practice are overwhelming. Strengthening of the mind, improving concentration, enabling us to channel our energy to improve creativity. Only recently studies into meditation have proven that meditation can aid the healing process. Meditation with sound is fast becoming the way to meditate in the 21st century and can be divided into two categories passive sonic meditation or active sound meditation. One should try both for the experience and if looking to learn the techniques why not join in a class. Sonic Meditation hosts meditation classes which teach the basics, giving a good foundation on which to build.
